Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their client's team in the construction industry. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive workplace environment. The position is located onsite with the zip code 92111.

Responsibilities:

• Managing HR operations including onboarding new hires, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Handling employee relations, workers' compensation, and leaves of absence.
• Conducting trainings and ensuring the company handbook is up-to-date and followed.
• Facilitating employee reviews and maintaining accurate HRIS data.
• Providing support and guidance to employees in both English and Spanish.
• Working closely with construction industry professionals to address specific HR needs and challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the construction industry is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
